Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to let us know you wish to return it, without having to give a reason.

Please return the pieces in their original condition:

• unworn and unwashed
• with their tags attached

A piece worn beyond a fitting, washed or damaged may give rise to a deduction in proportion to its loss of value.

Return costs are at your expense.

1. 1 Write to us at contact@hayah-identity.com with your order reference and the piece or pieces concerned.
2. 2 We confirm the return arrangements by email.
3. 3 Send the piece back within 14 days of your request, carefully packed and with your order reference.

We refund you within 14 days of your request, including the initial delivery costs, using the payment method used for your order. The refund may wait until we receive the piece or proof that it has been sent.

We do not offer direct exchanges: return the piece, then place a new order in the size or pattern you want. This way you can be sure it is available.

If your size is no longer available in a pattern, you can choose another pattern available in your size.
