Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, provided the conditions below are met.

To be accepted, pieces must come back to us in their original condition:

• unworn and unwashed
• with their tags attached

1. 1 Write to us at hayah.identity@gmail.com with your order reference and the piece or pieces concerned.
2. 2 We confirm the return arrangements by email.
3. 3 Send the piece back carefully packed, together with your order reference.

Once we have received and checked the piece, we issue your refund within 14 days, using the payment method used for your order.

We do not offer direct exchanges: return the piece, then place a new order in the size or pattern you want. This way you can be sure it is available.

If your size is no longer available in a pattern, you can choose another pattern available in your size.
