Hand delivery
We also offer hand delivery in the Île-de-France region.
The place and arrangements for hand delivery are sent to you by email once your order is confirmed.
Preparation and dispatch
Your order is prepared as soon as your payment is received.
All the details about your delivery are sent to you by email, including parcel tracking as soon as it ships.
Costs and timing
Delivery costs and times depend on the method chosen. They are shown before you confirm your order and do not change afterwards.
Receiving your parcel
When your parcel arrives, check its condition. If it is damaged or incomplete, tell the carrier and write to us as soon as possible at hayah.identity@gmail.com, with photos.
