Sizing & fabrics
How do I choose my size?
Our pieces follow French sizing, from 34 to 46. Compare your measurements with our size guide to find yours.
Between two sizes? Write to us at hayah.identity@gmail.com and we will advise you based on the cut of the piece.
What are the garments made of?
Our pieces are made from Adire cotton fabrics. The composition of each piece is given on its product page.
Can the patterns vary slightly?
Yes. Adire is a fabric with unique patterns, so slight variations may appear from one piece to another. This is what makes each piece one of a kind.
How do I care for my HAYAH piece?
Adire is a handmade fabric, so its colours may run slightly during the first wash. This is completely normal.
We recommend washing at a low temperature or by hand to best preserve the colours and the fabric.
Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within France.
All the details about your delivery will be sent to you by email once your order is confirmed.
Do you offer hand delivery?
Yes, we also offer hand delivery in the Île-de-France region.
The place and arrangements for hand delivery will be sent to you by email once your order is confirmed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive all the information you need by email, including how to track your parcel.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, provided our return conditions are met.
Can I exchange a piece?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the piece within 14 days of receiving it, then place a new order in the size or pattern you want: this way you can be sure it is available.
What if my size is no longer available?
If your size is no longer available in a pattern, you can choose another pattern available in your size.
